PDS also offers support to companies in Organisational Development, Personnel Management & retention and other related HR matters. Besides, it also provides youths in High Schools/ tertiary institutions, Job Seekers and Job holders career counselling to help find paths that better suit their values. PDS is very particular about psychology and how human personalities and personal values affect organisation’s and employee’s performance.
